Great bakery to visit and get the sweets What a great selection of cookies, pastries, breads and other items. The folks there are happy and engaging when customers come in....always interested to answer questions or provide suggestions. Really quaint small shop that delivers BIG on flavor and quality of their food. Recommend this place. Not open weekends but they do have their wares available at the weekend (Saturday) down by the waterfront and food trucks.

A quick stop here today, 10/04/24. Picked up Sticky Buns, Cinnamon roll, Chocolate croissant and a Lilikoi pound cake. Service with a scare here lol. Employee was dressed in Halloween face! She was very nice and funny. Service: 4/5 stars. Tried the sticky bun which is sweet and covered with yummy macadamia nuts. Pastries were reasonably priced at 2/$5. Food: 3.5/5 stars The bakery runs warm and smells wonderful as you enter. Breads, cookies and other delicious baked goods may be discovered here. Ambiance: 3/5 stars Don't forget to check into Yelp app. I forgot to use the coupon for a free pastry!

I passed by earlier in the day and saw a line. By the time I returned, they were getting ready to close and had marked down pastries to $2 each. I snagged a ham and cheese croissant that was a flaky, buttery bite of wonderfulness. There was a slice of Black Forest ham tucked inside. It was a perfect savory breakfast. The shop is small, no seating. They do not serve coffee (that I could see). They are located close to down town government building. The clerk was friendly. I'd go back in a heartbeat. I see if you do a Yelp checkin you get a free pastry with purchase!

Been going to these dudes for years now, they have the best deal on pastries 2/$5 and a great assortment. If you at Kakaako farmers market this vendor is a must try...a fusion between japanese and european pastries, can't explain, guess depends on what you order. There is always a line, but goes by fast. They also have fresh baked breads, I've tried the olive and I love it.

Stopped by to pick up some pastry before the weekend. Came by to pick up some cookies and turn over. Unfortunately they don't have turn over during the weekdays but they had other items. Picked up the banana bread and that was delicious. And the cookies were

Love the pastries from Baker Dudes! Especially their blueberry lilikoi danish. I took 1 bite of the blueberry danish and instantly fell in love. Their buttery pastries are amazing. This little bakery is located in downtown on Alakea and serves up a variety of pastries from sweet to savory, for affordable prices. I was advised by the friendly staff that they usually sell out between 10 to 11am. If you're in the area early enough, this place is great to grab a snack!

Baker dudes is one of my go-to pastey shops in downtown. There is a yelp coupon when you check-in but they no longer honor it. You can't go wrong with 2 pastries for $5. My go to are the skicky bun and blueberry danish.

I've passed by this bakery many times during pandemic and most of the time it was closed or closed early. I saw that it was open today so it was time to try. Sometimes it takes some courage for me to walk into a new store. From the outside window, I saw some cinnamon rolls and croissants on display. I decided to try the cinnamon rolls with some nuts. They're called Schnecken in German which means sweet, spiral, snail-shaped rolls made from raised dough with chopped nuts, butter, and cinnamon. And that's what I totally paid for. You can get 1 of those roll for $3 or 2 for $5. I got some for my office people. We all agree that they were delicious. They weren't over powering sweet, dense cinnamon rolls. It was light, flaky, topped with small amount of pecans, almond paste, and currants. I was really impressed that it was spiral roll all the way with multiple layers. I could tell every roll was shaped by hand because they were all different. I recommend this place if you like cinnamon rolls. It's a small shop but they do have some cookies and loaves of bread too. Other yelpers posted photos from farmer's market. They also take large orders and if I remember correctly, they do fundraisers too. I need to go back try other things.

Thanks Baker Dudes (And dudette!). I have been coming in here every so often to get my 2 for $5 pastries... I like giving myself a treat on Fridays cause I don't work so early! It's super hard to resist the delicious smell of fresh baked breads when you pass it every day! I've tried a bunch of their items- sun-dried tomato, spinach and feta, sweet croissant, chocolate, ham and jarlsberg cheese, spicy pork... I'm sure I'm missing some flavors. I've never been disappointed with any of the pastries I've gotten. Today my big boss had a huge meeting so I pre-ordered 2 dozen pastries. It was so easy, all I did was say what flavors I wanted, when it was for, give my name & number and pay for the order. They were very accommodating and had it ready for me before my requested pick up time. And it was all nicely arranged and labeled which made it so easy when I had to re-plate it for my boss's meeting. The reception of the morning pasties was just fantastic! My manager and boss liked the selection and their clients were all very impressed and pleased with the pastries. This is why I say "Thank You!" so very much for helping me be successful! My 2 dozen consisted of 4 of each flavor: ham and Jarlsberg, spinach and feta, sun-dried tomato, sweet croissant (some may know it as kouign Amman) cinnamon danish, and chocolate. P.s. I love all of these and I was hoping for left overs. Each dozen purchased comes with a free pastry so my 2 additional pastries I decided were for me. I got the Ham & Jarlsberg and sun-dried tomato. I was able to give one to my receptionist who had never had their ham & cheese before. She absolutely loved it! Yay! I did a couple happy dances today to celebrate my choices and the pride of impressing the boss it was a great morning and I couldn't do it without you!
